This program is ideal for those who are curious to learn about professional coaching, who want to get a taste of it and want to experience coaching. It will focus on coaching theory and practicing what has been learned.
After completion of mentoring sessions, individuals will arrive at PRACTITIONER CERTIFIED badge and certification.
It is the entry point for our advanced professional coaching programs
'Leader As Coach Level 1/ACC'
and
'Leader As Coach Level 2/PCC'.
Research
shows that coaching is one of the most sought after skills in nowadays’ world, not
only for HR partners, change agents but specially for managers and leaders.
This program will be awarded with 24 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units in core competencies
of
the Global Gold Standard Coaching Body, International Coaching Federation (ICF) and can be credited to further coaching trainings credentialed by ICF. Thus, the program paves the way for further ICF credentialed professional coach trainings.
Two weeks after Session 3 we run a one-hour follow up session. There we answer questions that have come up in everyday life since the last module and support the reflection.
The fee is €1,700, with early bird rate at €1,500 if registration is completed 30 days prior to the program.
