The Leader As Coach Pathway is thoughtfully designed with an incremental learning trajectory, fostering learners' progression along the practitioner, professional, and expert levels.

Practitioner Level:

Individuals acquire essential knowledge and skills, and build towards the mastery of fundamental techniques and the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios. 

After the required training hours, individuals will acquire PRACTITIONER TRAINED badge and certification. 

After completion of mentoring sessions, individuals will arrive at PRACTITIONER CERTIFIED badge and certification.

Professional Level:

Individuals involves a deeper and broader dive into advanced professional coaching skills and application in leadership, subject matter, and wider understanding of the complexities within the discipline.

After the required training hours, individuals will acquire PROFESSIONAL TRAINED badge and certification.

After completion of mentoring sessions, individuals will arrive at PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED badge and certification.

For individuals who are interested in pursuing International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC), can proceed with ICF Coach Knowledge Assessment, to obtain ICF ACC credential.

Expert Level:

Expert level represents the pinnacle of mastery in the domain of Leader As Coach, and demonstrate a high level of proficiency, creativity, and the ability to navigate and solve complex challenges within their field. 

After the required training hours, individuals will acquire EXPERT TRAINED badge and certification.

After completion of mentoring sessions, individuals will arrive at EXPERT CERTIFIED badge and certification.

For individuals who are interested in pursuing International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), can proceed with ICF Coach Knowledge Assessment (if the new credential exam launched on August 1, 2022 was not taken), to obtain ICF PCC credential.
